As you can see, the menu of the Cabbage Soup Diet, although monotonous, is very easy and quick to prepare. Without any doubt this is good news for busy people who have no time for preparing complicated meals. Do not forget, however, that after seven days of sacrifice and restrictions, we should not return to bad eating habits. It is recommended to include, at least for some time, the cabbage soup in a normal eating plan. In order to avoid the yo-yo effect and maintain new weight, it is recommended to go on a low-calorie diet.
